Create a Configuration File in the Configurator App - SM5

You can program a set of settings and schedule parameters that you can later apply to the SM5.

1. In the Song Meter Configurator app, select Configuration Library > + (Add).
2. Select the Song Meter Model you want to program.
3. Enter a name for the configuration and select a Preset schedule to use as a starting point.
   You can customize the schedule or change the preset after creating the configuration file.
4. Select whether the configuration should apply your mobile device's current location and time zone to the recorder when the file is loaded.
   If Use Mobile Device Location and Use Mobile Device Timezone are disabled, the recorder will retain its previous location and time zone setting when you load the configuration file.
5. Select Next.
6. Edit the settings and schedule.
   All changes are immediately saved.
7. Exit the editor when finished.
