Check the Installed Firmware Version Using the Built-In Screen - SM5

Starting with firmware 1.4, the SM5 displays its firmware version on the main status screen.

1. Power on the SM5.
   The built-in screen will display the main menu.

   Settings
   Preset schedules
   Custom schedule

2. Press Back to exit the main menu and display the main status screen.
   On firmware versions 1.4 and later, the firmware version currently installed on the SM5 is displayed below the date field:

   18:30:01     Apr-09-26
   S5U01234        FW:1.4
   Batt: 4.2V Temp: 23.7C
   ...

   If the status screen does not display the firmware version, it means version 1.3 or earlier is installed on the SM5, and you should update to the latest version.
