Kaleidoscope Permanent Licenses are different from Annual Subscriptions. Permanent Licenses are represented by a License ID that is 18-to-20 characters long.
If you need to move a Kaleidoscope Permanent License from one computer to another, contact Wildlife Acoustics Support and provide your License ID.
